These Terms govern your use of Nemu (“we”, “us”) to browse and join social hangouts (club tables and casual nongkrong). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate profile information.
Hosting and joining
Hosts set venue details, capacity, and rules. Guests may request to join; hosts decide approvals. We do not guarantee attendance or safety of offline meetings.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal activity
- Spam, scams, or impersonation
- Sharing others’ private data without consent
- Circumventing moderation or report systems
Content and moderation
We may remove content, close hangouts, or suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines or these Terms.
Disclaimer
Nemu is provided “as is”. We are not liable for conduct of users or events that occur offline. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in the app when a new version requires acceptance.
